We’ve delivered against those standards on live projects — filtration sized for a 4-hour turnover, water readings logged and reported, safety compliance built in, and a documentation pack handed to your operations team. When the brand’s technical team reviews the pool, the paperwork is already the way they expect it. You won’t be teaching us your standards — we’ve already built to them.

Filtration is sized on turnover rate — how fast the full volume of water passes through the filters. Pumps are sized on turnover and infinity flow rate, so the plant is matched to how the pool actually runs, not to a round number on a quotation. Get that sizing right and the water holds its clarity when the pool is busy with guests. Get it wrong to save cost at tender stage and it shows up the worst possible way: cloudy water during your busiest weekend, in front of the guests whose reviews you care about most.

Running well before your soft opening Pre-opening dates are fixed months in advance, and everything else on a hotel site runs late. We work backward from that date so the pool systems are commissioned and running well ahead of it — water balanced, plant proven under real operation, and your staff trained to run it — rather than the plant room still being tested the week guests arrive.

Not every property sits on flat city ground. We’ve built at Begnas lakeside and on the hill at Kaskikot, where heating load, water access, and getting plant and materials to site all change the engineering. On one jungle resort build there was no road access at all: every pump, pipe, and bag of material went in the hard way, and our technicians’ bikes got stuck on the track more than once. We costed that in and built it anyway. This is the part of the job most builders can’t price accurately, because they haven’t done it.

Handover isn’t the end. We train your pool staff to run the plant correctly, and PoolCare picks up from there: a maintenance band with a monthly written report — chemistry, cleaning, and equipment health, photos and readings included. For a GM, that report is the simplest proof the pool is fine without walking down to check.
