Mr. Binod Kumar Sethia
Binod Kumar Sethia is a visionary first-generation entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the building services and utility solutions industry. As the Chairman of VIE TEC (originally ATC Pvt Ltd) he has played a pioneering role in introducing advanced technologies to the Nepalese market, transforming the landscape of infrastructure development.
A firm believer in lifelong learning and sustainable practices, Sethia is dedicated to delivering “Simplified Technology”—ensuring that cutting-edge solutions are accessible, efficient, and tailored to meet industry needs. His expertise spans structural retrofitting, swimming pool and spa construction, health club development, firefighting systems, pumps, heat pumps, STP/WTP solutions, and building insulation.
Under his leadership, VIE TEC has become a trusted name in the industry, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and service excellence. Ms. Saloni Sethia
Saloni Sethia drives the company’s leadership in audio-video solutions, water technology, and smart infrastructure. Under her vision, VIE TEC has expanded into premium AV system integration, setting new benchmarks in the industry. With a strong focus on innovation, precision, and execution, she ensures seamless delivery of future-ready solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Passionate about scaling businesses and building strong partnerships, Saloni is committed to positioning VIE TEC as Nepal’s #1 name in engineering and infrastructure solutions.
A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Stanford Seed Transformation Program alumna, Saloni is a travel enthusiast and passionate about fitness.
Mr. Shreyansh Sethia
Shreyansh Sethia leads VIE TEC’s Hilti Nepal distributorship and its overall sales function, acting as the bridge between the company’s engineering teams and Nepal’s contractors and developers.
A Babson College graduate with an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Finance, he brings 8 years in infrastructure and MEP. He established VIE TEC’s authorized distributorship for Hilti in Nepal and built the technical sales team supporting hydropower, industrial, and building construction projects nationwide.
