As the exclusive distributor for Televic and Shure in Nepal, we specify the same equipment used in council chambers and congress halls worldwide — a microphone per seat, clear speech priority for the chair, and enough gain before feedback that nobody has to lean in. Because we hold the distributorship, the system you’re quoted is genuine, supported locally, and warranted here rather than sourced grey-market from across the border.

Half of every meeting now has someone dialling in, and the failure usually isn’t the software — it’s the room. We integrate camera, microphone, and audio so the far end hears every seat clearly and sees who’s speaking, built for Teams and Zoom rooms from a small boardroom to a training hall. The people in the room shouldn’t have to think about the people on the screen, and the people on the screen shouldn’t be straining to follow.

A boardroom with hard glass walls and a long table is an acoustic problem before it’s an AV one. Sound bounces, speech smears, and no amount of expensive equipment fixes a room that fights itself. We calculate the room’s acoustic behaviour first — reverberation, reflection, where the sound needs to land — then specify and tune the system against it. That calculation is the difference between a room that sounds effortless and one that never quite works no matter what’s installed in it.

Our conference and boardroom work is largely for organisations where a meeting can’t be allowed to fail, and where discretion is part of the job: diplomatic missions, multinational corporates, and international institutions in Nepal — among them embassies, a global telecom, and UN agencies. We don’t publish their names, and that’s the point: the discretion we extend to them is the discretion you’d get. In a reference call we can share specifics; on a public page we don’t. Every component is named by brand and model in the quotation, with drawings and documentation for your procurement file and staff training at handover.

Equipment is 60% of an AV system. The other 40% — acoustic calculation, DSP tuning, control programming — is the part you can’t see in the box, and the reason one boardroom is heard clearly from every seat while another crackles and cuts out. Anyone can supply the equipment. If your boardroom mic crackles, the system was installed, not engineered. We do the 40%.
