An event hall’s AV earns its keep on the hardest booking, not the easiest. It has to run a wedding with a live band, then an AGM with a dozen wireless mics, then a gala dinner — often inside the same week, set up by whichever staff are on shift that day. That means enough wireless channels that nothing clashes mid-event, speech that stays clear across a full and noisy room, and a control layout simple enough that your duty team runs it without phoning us. When the chief guest lifts the mic during the toast, it works — because that failure happens in front of everyone who matters.

Guests notice background music only when it’s wrong: distorting in the lobby, too loud over breakfast, silent where it should be playing. We zone BGM across the whole property — lobby, restaurants, bar, spa, pool deck, corridors — each zone at its own volume and source, all run from one panel. The duty manager sets the lobby’s mood with one touch and never opens an equipment rack. The gear is professional-grade and chosen per room, not per what’s in stock: Yamaha, JBL and HARMAN, Extron, and TOA among them. These are the names a hotel’s own brand-standard audit expects on the equipment list — familiar to the brand technical team, supported locally, and specified to the room rather than to a catalogue.

Equipment is 60% of an AV system. The other 40% — acoustic calculation, zoning, DSP tuning, control programming — is what decides whether an event is clear from the back table or feeds back during the speeches. In a hotel that 40% is public: an event that fails happens in front of your guests and their phones, and it’s your brand that wears it, not the installer’s. We do the 40%.

Hotel teams turn over, so a system that only one trained person can operate is a system that breaks the month they leave. We commission against the design, train your staff, and leave documentation, so the AV belongs to the property rather than to one person. Maintenance contracts keep it calibrated and covered after that.
